EveryPerk is operated by THE EMADKO HOUSE, a business name registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria under registration number BN 9814925.

THE EMADKO HOUSE is a business name registration, not an incorporated company. It is not a separate legal entity and carries no separate liability shield. The site is run by the proprietor, trading as THE EMADKO HOUSE, who is personally responsible for it. Our registered business address is available on request via the contact details below.

Our legal footprint — stated plainly

We operate from Nigeria and are subject to the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. We want to be honest about what we are and are not:

• We are not an incorporated company — THE EMADKO HOUSE is a CAC-registered business name.
• We have no establishment, office, branch, or staff in the UK or the EU.
• We are not registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), and we make no claim to be.
• We have not appointed a UK or EU representative (sometimes called an Article 27 representative), and we do not claim to have one.

What data we collect

EveryPerk is a content site. You do not need an account, and we do not sell products or take payments on this site, so we collect very little:

• Usage and device data. Like most websites, our host and any analytics we use may record standard information such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring page. This is used in aggregate to understand what content is useful.
• Cookies. We use only essential and, where enabled, basic analytics cookies. Affiliate links you click may set cookies controlled by the destination site or its affiliate network (see below).
• Anything you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and address so we can reply and keep a record of the correspondence.

Affiliate links and cookies

EveryPerk takes part in affiliate programmes. When you click an affiliate link and then sign up on the destination site, that site or its affiliate network (for example Impact or PartnerStack) may set a cookie to attribute the referral to us. Those cookies and the data they collect are controlled by the destination site under its own privacy policy, not ours. Our affiliate disclosure explains how this works.

How we use data and who we share it with

We use the limited data above to operate and improve the site, respond to your messages, keep the site secure, and understand which content is useful. We do not sell your personal data. We rely on a small number of third-party processors to run the site — for example our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and any analytics provider we use — and affiliate networks receive click data when you follow an affiliate link, as described above. Because we operate from Nigeria, your data may be processed in Nigeria and in the countries where those providers operate.

Data retention

We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your query and for a reasonable period afterwards. Aggregated analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider's settings. We do not keep personal data longer than we need it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and you can object to or ask us to restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email support@everyperk.com.

If you are in the UK or EU

Even though we are based in Nigeria and have no UK or EU establishment, if you are a user in the UK or EU we voluntarily extend the following rights to you: the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You also keep any mandatory data-protection rights that apply to you under your own local law — nothing in this policy removes rights you cannot waive. As noted above, we are not registered with the ICO and have not appointed a UK or EU representative.

Children

This site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
